Conceived and curated by 7 management, CEO Rabih Fakhreddine says, “We are delighted to announce the launch of the first Le Rosé restaurant that will take pride of place in Address Hotel, Dubai Fountains.
This is an incredibly elegant dining destination that will certainly make its mark on the city’s culinary scene. A huge amount of care and attention has been paid to the aesthetic, visually it will stun our guests. The food, drinks and atmosphere will also be fantastic.”
A soft and tasteful look can be found at Le Rosé, with a blush pink and grey colour palate incorporated throughout. Classic elegance reigns supreme at this restaurant with French art adorning the walls.
Take advantage of the cooler weather and dine on the terrace that offers the most amazing views of Burj Khalifa. There is simply no better way to appreciate the beauty of the Downtown skyline.
The food and drinks promise to match the sophisticated design, with entrées like the comforting classic, Soupe à l’Oignon – white onion soup with sourdough bread and Gruyère cheese and Burrata à la Truffe – burrata with heirloom cherry tomato, green and white asparagus and shaved black truffle.
No visit will be complete without ordering the wonderfully moreish Camembert au Four – baked camembert with garlic, thyme and toasted baguette, and why not add a plate of Tartare de Thon – yellowfin tuna tartar for something lighter.
Mains are just as delectable, with Filet Saumon Grillé – grilled Scottish Salmon filet , lemon butter sauce , ruby beets & red onion salad and
Boeuf Rossini – 250g prime Black Angus beef tenderloin with foie gras, wild mushroom, fondant potato and truffle sauce just two of the menu highlights.
There are also some classic sharing dishes sure to take centre stage, from the Entrecôte Café de Paris– 2.5 kg grilled Black Angus prime rib eye– to the Plateau de Fromages, the chef’s selection of French cheeses with truffle honey, onion chutney and grapes.
Those with a sweeter tooth will be delighted by the Fondue au Chocolat, available in white or dark chocolate and served with fresh seasonal fruit, and the creative take on another classic – Crème Brûlée aux Framboises, with raspberry, ginger and coconut.
