Located on the 12th floor of the hotel in Downtown Dubai, Le Rosé is super chic and incredibly elegant, with tasteful grey, white, and blush decor, stunning French art, and photography adorning the walls and flashes of beautiful shades of pink creating its unique vibe.

Its views are just as stunning, with outdoor seating on the Le Rosé terrace offering a prime vantage point for Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Downtown skyline.

This makes Le Rosé one of the hottest new spots in Dubai to ring in 2022, with incredible views of the world-famous Burj Khalifa New Year’s Eve light show and fireworks display.

The culinary team at Le Rosé has created an elegant six-course menu in keeping with the occasion.

You’ll be wowed by the spectacle and the food at the same time, as you join in a memorable countdown to the New Year.

Enjoy welcome canapés and Wild Mushroom Velouté to start, followed by a deliciously delicate Gillardeau Oysters and Rose Prawns Carpaccio.

Next up is an indulgent Parisian Truffle Gnocchi, with Reblochon De Savoire Fondue, Pumpkin and Shaved Perigord Truffle.

There are two choices for mains, either a delectable Magret de Canard or if you prefer something lighter, the Rouger, a Red Mullet with White Bouillabaisse, Poached Pink Prawns, Baby Fennel and Sturia Caviar Prestige.

The Foie Gras Ice Cream Bar provides an exciting surprise pre-dessert, with a Moelleux au Chocolat crowing off the delightful meal.

The New Year’s Eve celebration at Le Rosé is priced at Dhs2,000 for inside seating and Dhs3,000 per person to dine on the enviable terrace, including the set menu and house beverages.
